If you need a refill for a routine medication, contact your established pharmacy and provide them with your specific prescription number. They, in turn, will submit the necessary information to me for authorization. Try to anticipate at least a 48 hour turnaround between submitting your prescription information and your actual need for the specific medication. For all mail away prescription plans, bring all refill forms and information with you at the time of your visit.

Each insurance prescription plan has a specific list of drugs they provide at the lowest cost to you. It’s referred to as a formulary. We encourage you to request a copy of your plan's formulary and bring it with you to all physician visits. With it, we can be certain to offer the most cost efficient medication regime possible.
