Specific charges for office visits, hospital visits and nursing home visits are determined by the amount of time spent and may vary with the severity and the complexity of your specific medical concern. We accept Medicare assignment currently. Feel free to discuss my fee structure.

To date, we bill all insurance plans for our services when complete insurance information is supplied. Payment of co-pays and various deductibles are appreciated at the time of service.
