Patients are seen by appointment only. However, we'll do whatever we can to fit in any emergent situation. At your first visit, basic registration information will be requested and a permanent medical record will be created. Please bring your insurance cards with you. Doctor Julis requests that you also bring all medications you are currently taking to this visit and all subsequent visits. Try to arrive a few minutes early for this first visit if possible.
