MEDICATION REFILLS
If you need a refill for a
routine medication, contact your
established pharmacy and provide them with your
prescription number. They in turn
will fax the necessary information to me
to authorize.
Try to anticipate when your medication will run
out so that we can meet
your needs in a timely manner. Usually
48-hour advance is needed.
